We offer both NEW and VINTAGE items. Our new items are in brand new condition. Our vintage pieces may have minor wear/marks commensurate with their age. We will note in the description any chips, damage etc, that will be obvious when the item is on display or will affect the use of the item.
Common non-damage occurrences can happen during the production of glassware, such as tool marks, furnace ash, internal and surface bubbles. These are inherent with vintage and antique glass and are not considered damage and are therefore not included in the item's descriptions. Photographs provided form part of the description.
Our products are sent by Aust Post with tracking.
We take great care in packing your order, we have a proven track record of sending even the most fragile glassware safely to the furthest corners of the country. Items purchased will be posted on the 1st or 2nd business day after receiving cleared payment, PayPal clears pretty much instantly upon payment, payment by echeque through PayPal is very slow to clear - it usually takes 7 days to clear plus the usual postage time so if you are in a hurry this is not the best payment option. Bank deposit from a CBA account will usually clear overnight, from other banks it takes a couple of days.
